RESIDENTIAL + LIGHT COMMERCIAL HVAC
AC Electric provides HVAC diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment replacement, controls, and light-commercial service for property owners throughout the region.
HEATING + COOLING
Heating and cooling systems have to operate through changing Ohio conditions, long run times, seasonal transitions, and everyday wear. AC Electric helps homeowners and small businesses identify problems, restore operation, maintain equipment, and plan replacements when continued repair is no longer the right choice.
The goal is not to guess at a solution. The first step is understanding the system, symptoms, property, maintenance history, and what the equipment is actually doing.
WHAT WE DO
Choose the appointment type that matches your equipment situation. When the cause is unknown, start with a diagnostic visit.
Evaluation of heating and cooling problems when the cause is unknown or the equipment is not operating as expected.
Diagnosis and repair of residential and light-commercial cooling systems based on equipment condition, symptoms, testing, and available repair options.
Service for furnaces, heat pumps, and related heating equipment that is not starting, heating consistently, or operating normally.
Seasonal maintenance designed to inspect accessible equipment, identify visible concerns, support reliable operation, and document the condition of the system.
Evaluation and replacement planning when existing equipment is failing, unreliable, inefficient, improperly sized, or no longer practical to repair.
Service and installation support for heat-pump and ductless systems used for whole-property comfort, additions, converted spaces, offices, workshops, or targeted temperature control.
Troubleshooting, replacement, and setup of compatible controls when thermostat operation, scheduling, wiring, or system communication is affecting comfort.
Heating and cooling service, maintenance, controls, repairs, and equipment planning for offices, retail spaces, workshops, and other small commercial properties.
CHOOSE AN APPOINTMENT
Start with a diagnostic visit when the system is not working correctly and the cause is unknown. The equipment is evaluated before repair options are discussed.
Schedule seasonal maintenance when equipment is operating but needs inspection, cleaning of applicable accessible areas, filter review, and condition documentation.
Request an estimate when equipment is aging, unreliable, repeatedly failing, unable to meet demand, or already known to require replacement.
WHO WE SERVE
AC Electric helps homeowners maintain comfortable living spaces through seasonal maintenance, responsive diagnostics, repairs, thermostat work, and equipment replacement planning.
Small commercial properties need practical service that considers customer access, employee comfort, business hours, equipment location, and operational disruption.
KNOW WHEN TO CALL
Shut equipment down and call when continued operation appears unsafe, produces a burning odor, repeatedly trips electrical protection, or causes active leaking that could damage the property.
PREVENTIVE CARE
Routine maintenance cannot prevent every failure, but it can provide a clearer picture of equipment condition, improve maintenance records, identify visible issues, and help property owners prepare for repair or replacement decisions. Maintenance may include, as appropriate to the equipment and service scope:
OUR PROCESS
Select diagnostic service, maintenance, or a replacement consultation based on what the equipment is doing.
Share the equipment type, symptoms, property information, access details, and service history when known.
AC Electric reviews the equipment and operating condition within the scope of the scheduled visit.
Repair, maintenance follow-up, additional testing, parts requirements, or replacement planning are explained based on the findings.
Completed work and relevant system information are recorded for future service and maintenance reference.
